Refund policy

We make it a goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner. 

30 Day Return/Exchange Policy - Returns are accepted within 30 days from the time the order was placed as long as the products are unopened, and returned in the same re-sellable condition deemed by us.

All returned items must be in new unused condition and packaged/sealed in the original manufacturers' packaging. All products must be returned before a refund may be issued. After the return has been received, please allow 3-5 business days for your account to be credited. We will not be refunding the shipping.

Damaged Products - If item(s) in included in your order arrive damaged or defective, please contact us via the contact form and we will replace the product immediately.We will request a picture of the damaged packaging.

Placing an order indicates that you have read and understand our return policy and shipping information.

How to Return a Product: 

1. Contact us- Use the Contact Form on our website to request your return. Please include your order number in the description box, and the reason for your return. 

2. Returning the product(s)- If your request falls under the terms of our refund policy,  you will be issued a return address label via email to package, and ship the products back to us.

3. Receiving your refund- Once the approved return has been shipped and received (in the same re-sellable condition it was sold), Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be credited back to your account
